Licensee may not use the photograph for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, promotions, resale, or redistribution. Licensee may not reproduce the photograph for onselling at a profit or sublicense, sell, or distribute the photograph to any third party.

Licensor retains all rights, title, and ownership of the photograph, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights. This License does not transfer any ownership rights to Licensee.

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand / Aotearoa.
